Philip Shaw is a feature speaker across Canada. His “Agricultural Commodity Outlooks” are alive, practical and entertaining, from a farmer’s perspective. On February 29th, 2015 he presented to the United Potato Growers in Charlottetown PEI on the grains and oilseed markets. On March 18th 2014 he presented in St Hyancinthe Quebec on the grains and cash markets in Quebec and Eastern Canada at LA CONFÉRENCE Cultivez vos profits! In February 2014 he presented his Grain Market Outlook to the Western Canadian Wheat Growers Convention in Ottawa. In 2014 he spoke on the grains in New Brunswick and across Ontario for Farm Credit Canada on Farmland Values. In January and February 2013, he presented ” Land Price Trends, Cause and Effect, The Road Ahead” for FCC across southern Ontario. In January 2013 he lectured at United International University in Dhaka, Bangladesh on linking Global Agricultural Markets. In February 2013 he spoke on grain market volatility in Charlottetown PEI, at the PEI Agri-Insight Conference. In August 2012, he presented “The New Volatility, Corn, Soybean and Wheat Outlook for 2013″ for Farm Credit Canada across southern Ontario. In January 2011 he was a feature speaker at the 2011 Agricultural Service Board Conference “Agriculture On the Horizon” in Edmonton Alberta.
Philip’s weekly column “Under the Agridome” for DTN and Today’s Farmer, is in its 28th year of publication.
